Outside my window...Dark as 7pm. It has been a very cold and crisp day today. This morning everywhere was white-no not snow but a very sharp overnight frost!
I am thinking... This week I will hear about my job and the decisions I must make. I have handed this over to the Lord and I wait for His answers.I am reminded of:
"Ask,and it shall be given you, seek, and ye shall find: knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth:and he that seeketh findeth: and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Matthew 7: 7-8
I am thankful for... Opportunities that come when you least expect them!
From the learning rooms... Enjoying my bible study and learning more and more each day about our Heavenly Father.
From the kitchen... Chicken piri piri, horseradish mashed potatoes, broccoli. Cannot believe I passed on dessert again!! Trying to lose a little weight from around my middle!
I am wearing...Black pants and a white top and navy cardigan.
I am creating... Another cross stitch project. I really shouldn't have as I have not finished the last two yet! This one is about the testing of faith. Such a pretty design with hearts, another of my favourite things. The bible verse:
Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
James 1:3
I am going...To try to get to bed at a reasonable hour-ever the night owl and I have not been sleeping well over the past few weeks again. I will turn from night owl to panda!!
I am reading... My bible and "Move On, Move Up" by Paula White. This is a book about turning yesterday's trials into today's triumphs.I had been dipping in and out of this before and now reading through the book.
I am hoping... That I will hear for sure about my job. I was told it would be the week of the 10th January,
I am hearing... Cars going by outside in the street and the low volume of the tv.
Around the house... My plug in's wafting a beautiful crisp apple fragrance throughout the house. I love those plug in's!
One of my favorite things...Working on my cross stitch projects and now I have three on the go!!
A few plans for the rest of the week... Going out with family and visiting the venue for my daughter Natalie's wedding in April. Discussing the plans for hers and James very special day.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing... More Georgia photos taken on Thanksgiving Day last year.Trees in my sisters front garden and Laura my daughter outside Cabbage Patch Dolls Babyland.
