For Today

Outside my window...Bright and light still! A beautiful sunny and warm day. A surprise after so much rain!

I am thinking...How tired I am. My early shifts require me to get up early-5.45am and this night owl does not learn and goes to bed so late!!.......lol.

I am thankful for...My wonderful family,my darling Michael and my friends.I am so blessed!

From the learning rooms...If you give your troubles and trials over to the Lord do not claim them back! He is faithful and He will work everything out according to His plan.

From the kitchen... Chicken, mashed potato, leeks and courgettes. Apple pie and custard.

I am wearing... A white top and blue jeans.

I am creating... Cross stitching projects. Love to stitch and I love to give some away as gifts.A handmade gift I feel has such a lovely touch.

I am going... To enjoy Wimbledon two weeks. I am a real tennis fan!!So excited!

I am reading... Still reading "Quite Moments of a Woman's Heart and enjoying the words of wisdom in this book.

I am hoping... That Novac will win Wimbledon!

I am hearing... The tv on in the background. I have been watching tennis most of the evening.

Around the house... Reminders of love and family.

One of my favorite things... To just relax and stitch.

A few plans for the rest of the week... Work and it is my longer working week this week. Watching the tennis matches.

Here is a picture thought I am sharing... Beautiful flowers in Jersey The Channel Island.

  1. I read leeks, apple pie and custard... and then all other words disappeared! Love those foods. Such comforts, aren't they! Yum. Enjoy your lovely English days and the tennis! (see I really was reading...)
