For Today - Outside my window...Still light at 8.30pm. A sunny day today after weeks of Monsoon weather and much flooding!!

I am thinking...It has been so long since I last posted. I cannot believe just how long! I am going to try to post weekly again.

I am thankful for...So many things. I am so blessed!  The list is never ending.

From the learning rooms...That God is faithful always. He never gives us more than we can handle.

"Fear thou not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed for I am thy God.I will strengthen thee, yea,I will help thee, yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
                                       Isaiah 41:10

From the kitchen...Shepherds pie, carrots, peas and I am skipping dessert!

I am wearing...My nurses uniform and I will be changing as soon as I finish posting here.

I am creating...Albums containing cards I receive from family and friends.

I am going... To just chill for the rest of the evening and then take a bubble bath!

I am reading... "Quiet Moments for a Woman's Heart." Published by Bethany House. The book is filled with Scripture, meditations, and quotations. I am enjoying the book.

I am hoping... I can catch up with my blogging and mailing.

I am hearing... The tv on.

Around the house...Many reminders of my family and friends.Precious memories of all our moments and trips out.

One of my favorite things... Cross stitching. I want to spend more time on a project I am currently making.

A few plans for the rest of the week...Time with family, my working shifts. Reading and stitching.

Here is a picture thought I am sharing... My beautiful grandson Taio.

  1. How lovely to *see* you back here Linda! Don't feel badly about the lack of blogging...there are seasons for everything...what a blessing! Your little Taio's eyes are a.m.a.z.i.n.g.!! Enjoy each stage of this journey my friend. Yummy...your dinner sounded wonderful...even without the dessert. :)

    Blessings,

  2. That is one cute boy there! Love those big eyes full of wonder. Bubble baths are one of my favourites. It's winter here and the days are short and require... no demand, a bath of sweet smelling bubbles. And candles. Lots of candles. :)

So glad to read over your list of blessings. You're one to me, too.
