For Today -

Outside my window... Snow and more snow!! We have had this awful weather and way below freezing temperatures for 10 days now. I have had the heating on constantly.

I am thinking...About the wonderful Christmas I have spent with my family and how I so enjoyed this. I am also remembering the real reason for the season-Jesus! It is here I am reminded of:

For unto us a child is born, unto us a child is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: And His name shall be called Wonderful,Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father,The Prince of Peace.
                                        Isaiah 9:6

I am thankful for... My hunny!! The Lord truly blessed me when He brought this special man into my life. He is an answer to all my prayers. A rich, rich blessing.

From the learning rooms... I am still a work in progress and I know I say this so many times. The Lord continues to work on me each and every day.

From the kitchen... Chicken with garlic, garlic bread, sweet potatoes and vegetables. Apple crumble and ice cream.I am not cooking tonight-my hunny is!! I am spoilt!!

I am wearing...Blue jeans and a long grey sweater. I have had so much use of my sweaters this year as it has been so cold!!Brrrrr!!

I am creating... Memories, and I have many photos to put into a photo album for my Christams memories. Still to upload them onto the computer too as yet. So much to do!

I am going... To sit and work on my cross stitch project this evening. I love these times!

I am reading... My bible,my devotional and my magazines. It is amazing how behing I get with reading my weekly magazines and then I find I have dozens to read!

I am hoping... For positive outcomes to my prayers.I had hoped by now the way would have been clear but the Lord still has it all in His hands. In His time all will be revealed.

I am hearing...The  football game my hunny is playing on his x-box! It is like being at the stadium I think as it sounds so real!!

Around the house...Candles burning and the fragrance fills the air! The Christmas tree and it's lights brightly shining! Christmas cards and much more!

One of my favorite things... Browsing the stores. Not much opportunity to do this due to our very harsh weather and dangerous conditions out there.

A few plans for the rest of the week... Clean my house. Catch up with blogs and mailing out. Working on my cross stitch project.

Here is a picture thought I am sharing... Me on Christmas Day outside and in the snow!
