For Today -

Outside my window... Beautiful sunshine! We woke this morning to a severe frost and it looked as if snow had fallen! Now late afternoon and it is really nice out!

I am thinking... About how tired I am. I had a hectic time last week and had so much to do.I am now catching up with so many things!

I am thankful for...Family, friends and health and so much more! The list truly is endless!!

From the learning rooms...Waiting patiently for answers and praying that soon the direction I must go in will be clear. It seems as if I post on this so many times.I am always reminded of how faithful the Lord is and He is in control. This bible verse comes to my mind as I ponder.

These things I have spoken unto you that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer: I have overcome the world.
                                               John 16:33

From the kitchen... Going to my daughter Natalie's for dinner tonight. On the menu is shepherds pie.

I am wearing... Blue jeans and a white top.

I am creating...Albums with photos. It is so amazing how many photos I have! I am a person that always has the camera at the ready capturing moments!

I am going... To spend the day with my daughter tomorrow. She will probably come over to mine and we will go to the city centre for lunch.

I am reading... My bible and the beautiful devotional book given to me as a gift! So special and I am really enjoying the devotions each day.

I am hoping...That not too much of the trees in my garden have to be removed. The trees are huge and hanging over the neigbours fence so will have to be pruned! I love my garden and my times spent out there.

I am hearing...The laptop keys as I type and cars going by outside in the street.

Around the house...Many reminders of the Lord's beautiful blessings. He has been so good to me and I thank Him again and again!! My journey has been amazing and I have learnt so many lessons along the way!

One of my favorite things... Relaxing and catching up with blog visits. I was unable to visit last week as I was away for a couple of days.As always getting to spend time with my daughters.

A few plans for the rest of the week...Letter writing and some studying. Some "me" time too!

Here is a picture thought I am sharing... A photo of me on a trip last week when we went to the Isle Of Wight. I am in a botanical garden and it was simply beautiful there! I took so many photos of the foliage and flowers.

  1. It is funny to read about frost. It is warm and muggy here yet. We could see 90 today.

I am praying about taking a class at my church called faith walking. I am thinking about going to retreat in Jan. I need to really focus on where I am with God.

    Have a wonderful day.

  4. Hi Linda,
Your words on my post were a blessing. Glory be to our Amazing Lord & Savior.

I love looking out the window when I first awake, and what you awoke to that morning; sounds so beautiful! The scripture verse you included is one I need to write on my window.

The Picture of you is beautiful, and I love the waterfall.
    God bless your day,
    Michele Katherine
